Upon successful squirrel domestication

Poll #275987 Naming implies mastery

If I am successful, what should I name my pet squirrel? (This one is definitely a him.)

Any particular reason?

I used to have a pet squirrel. We rescued him and a sibling from a fallen nest after a tropical storm. The other one was bleeding from the ears and the veterinarian decided to keep him. Skip came home with us. He was a gorgeous red color. We eventually released him back into the wild. He loved cheez-whiz, strawberries and chocolate milk.

Dear curvedmetal,

What the hell is "Native American" as a language? The Navajo have a language. The Crow have a language. The Anasazi had a language. But there was never a collective language.

I just copied and pasted what it said on babynames.com :( Looked up the meaning "squirrel" there.

Preliminary googling indicates that it's actually a Cherokee word, for the record.

also, if you successfully domesticate this squirrel, you should write to me (a random person named Julia, hello)and tell me how. Doubly so if you figure out how to tame a chipmunk.

Good luck.
