the very last page of the actual bill reads:

(a) Section 241(b)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1231(b)(1)) is
amended by inserting at the end the following:
"(D) OTHER PLACES OF REMOVAL. --
"(i) The Attorney General may direct that the alien be removed
to another country or region if the Attorney General determines that
removal to any country specified in the preceding subparagraphs is
impracticable, inadvisable or impossible.
"(ii) The Attorney General may direct that an alien be removed
to any country or region regardless of whether the country or region
has a government, recognized by the United States or otherwise."
(b) Section 241(b)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1231(b)(1)) is
amended by inserting at the end the following:
"(G) OTHER PLACES OF REMOVAL. --
"(i) The Attorney General may direct that the alien be removed
to another country or region if the Attorney General determines that
removal to any country specified in the preceding subparagraphs is
impracticable, inadvisable, or impossible.
"(ii) The Attorney General may direct that an alien be removed
to any country or region regardless of whether the country or region
has a government, recognized by the United States or otherwise.".


WHAT, ARE WE SENDING PEOPLE TO ANTARTICA OR EJECTING THEM INTO SPACE OR THE MIDDLE OF THE OCEAN WITHOUT PROPER JUSTIFICATION NOW? christ.
