Epson can bite me. I called them and it took going through an automated system, an incompetent rude tech agent and then calling a service rep. until i got them to admit if my printer is broken that they would try to replace it.

I don't think I'm going to buy an Epson ever again...and why the hell does it always freak out when I need it the most??? oh, and now the computer store doesnt seem to have the reciept, so i may be screwed despite getting authorized for an exchange. [sigh]
